Advisory Network | INVOLVE INVERCLYDE

For the past 15 years, Involve Inverclyde has existed as a means to shape the delivery of local services. Inverclyde Health and Social Care Partnership relies
on feedback from people from all walks of life, from carers to people with long term & chronic conditions.

Get involved in shaping and designing the local services that affect you!

Involve Inverclyde Network: Mental Health & Wellbeing, Carers, Recovery, Older People, Long Term Conditions, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Adult Protection, Dementia, Young People, Homelessness & Housing, New Scots, Drug and Alcohol

Our network groups bring together local people with lived experience and those with an interest, to enable their voice to be heard in identifying gaps in current provision. It's fundamental that local people are empowered, have a meaningful voice and are able to influence policy and decision makers to ensure that partners are focusing on the right issues, concerns, challenges and barriers.

Our work also involves promoting good practice and building the capacity of local people to develop local solutions. We have successfully raised issues, gaps and barriers over the years, and this has resulted in the development and delivery of the right services and support for local people.

We want to build on this momentum and continue to reach out across Inverclyde to ensure services and supports meet the needs of local people. We would really appreciate your support in encouraging friends, family, neighbours and anyone you know, to get involved and strengthen the Network!

The Involve Inverclyde Network is an opportunity for community members to get involved in shaping and designing local services. We want people to have their voices heard and have choice in how Inverclyde can build on and improve services.

Community members will have the opportunity to have shared conversations with those who deliver services within Inverclydes Health and Social Care Partnership and get creative in how we TOGETHER can explore solutions that will improve the lives of local people.

One voice brings thought, many voices bring change!

Involving Inverclyde in making sure your voices are heard in the local community!

We try to make sure that people’s views are considered in the design, planning and delivery of health and social care services and supports across Inverclyde’s six localities.

The Advisory Network team and members work hard to understand the Inverclyde Community, and the assets that are available, and what we can do to improve them. Our engagement will hope to identify ‘Your Voice, Your Solutions’ - giving a genuine voice to the people of Inverclyde in the decisions that affect them.

In addition we will review the Carers Strategy 2017-2022 which will focus on hearing the carers view of the strategy and what was effective. This will be obtained through conversation cafes and is also an opportunity to show what has been completed and what has been achieved despite the challenges of the recent Pandemic.
