Margaret Tait
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Chair, Margaret Tait.
Margaret worked tirelessly to inspire change, often going above and beyond to ensure that those in need had access to support and resources. The impact of her work is evident in the many lives she touched and the community she helped to transform. Margaret’s laughter and poems brought great fun and positivity at our various community events over the years. Margaret was a true champion showing resilience, and a commitment to uplifting and improving the lives of local people.
I’m sure you will join us in celebrating Margaret’s remarkable legacy. She leaves behind a community that is stronger and more resilient because of her unwavering commitment. Her spirit will live on in those she inspired to take action and make a difference to those around them. Her unwavering support will be profoundly missed, and her legacy will forever remain as we continue to drive forward with our work for the people of Inverclyde.

Margaret's Funeral is taking place this Wednesday at 3pm in Greenock Crematorium, 1 South Street, Greenock PA16 8UG.
