Unfortunately, both the East and West Localities Meetings have been postponed this month, due to a number of unforeseen factors⦠Apologies to anyone who has been inconvenienced by this.

Our New Scots and local ladies of the Inverclyde Women Create class were exploring abstract expressionism techniques inspired by American artist Lee Kresner! β€οΈ
Everyone had a lot of fun letting loose on blank canvas to see what came out. Roll on next week π₯³
Recovery Community Camera Club On Tour!
The Your Voice Inverclyde Recovery Community Camera Club have been out and about, enjoying the nice weather! π
They were off to Stirling to visit Bannockburn, Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument and had a nice lunch. Well deserved guys! πβ€οΈ

Shine a Light on Recovery Event Photos!
Thank you to everyone who attended Shine a Light 2024 at the Beacon Arts Centre last Friday! There were over 420 attendees and many local organisations took part to provide information.
Stories were shared, tears were shed, laughs were had and support was given. It was a very positive and encouraging experience overall, with some older local residents highlighting just how far we have come over the years.
The Inverclyde Bothy Health Walks timetable! π
Health Walks are a fantastic way to encourage people to stay active. They are local, low-level, free, regular walks that are led by staff and or volunteers and usually last up to 1 hour.

Social Prescribing is a non-medical approach to improve health and wellbeing by connecting to activities and resources.
FREE tea, coffee and sandwiches are on offer (with a Cafe to purchase hot food), entertainment from the wonderful Clydeside Singers, and an opportunity to try a mindfulness session!
A variety of Community Partners will join us to showcase what they offer!

Festive Fun at the Recovery Hub! βοΈπ
We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended our Recovery Hub events over the Christmas Holidays!
The Hub was filled with laughter and joy, with dozens of attendees all socialising and keeping warm together. We were so glad to be able to brighten up peopleβs day, during a time of year which can get quite cold and lonely.
