Recovery Community Camera Club On Tour!
The Your Voice Inverclyde Recovery Community Camera Club have been out and about, enjoying the nice weather! 😊
They were off to Stirling to visit Bannockburn, Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument and had a nice lunch. Well deserved guys! 👏❤️

Shine a Light on Recovery Event Photos!
Thank you to everyone who attended Shine a Light 2024 at the Beacon Arts Centre last Friday! There were over 420 attendees and many local organisations took part to provide information.
Stories were shared, tears were shed, laughs were had and support was given. It was a very positive and encouraging experience overall, with some older local residents highlighting just how far we have come over the years.
The Inverclyde Bothy Health Walks timetable! 🍏
Health Walks are a fantastic way to encourage people to stay active. They are local, low-level, free, regular walks that are led by staff and or volunteers and usually last up to 1 hour.
Social Prescribing Day 2024
Social Prescribing Day 2024 is just around the corner! 💚🥳

Social Prescribing is a non-medical approach to improve health and wellbeing by connecting to activities and resources.
FREE tea, coffee and sandwiches are on offer (with a Cafe to purchase hot food), entertainment from the wonderful Clydeside Singers, and an opportunity to try a mindfulness session!
A variety of Community Partners will join us to showcase what they offer!

Festive Fun at the Recovery Hub! ❄️🎄
We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended our Recovery Hub events over the Christmas Holidays!
The Hub was filled with laughter and joy, with dozens of attendees all socialising and keeping warm together. We were so glad to be able to brighten up people’s day, during a time of year which can get quite cold and lonely.

Digital Switch Over - Technology Enabled Care
Telephone/broadband/TV providers across the UK are replacing the current phone line system known as analogue phone lines with new Digital phone lines. As of 2023 all new phone lines installed will be Digital and by 2025 all phone lines will have moved to a digital equivalent for everyone.

Beacon Carers Event 2023 Findings
Thank you to everyone who got involved with our Carers Event last month, around 45 carers came along and helped us explore themes which were important to them! We have created some graphics to show some of our findings, as well as a summary of the event.
Inverclyde Carers Beacon Event 2023!
We would like to thank everyone who took part in the Carers Event today at the Beacon Arts Centre. We had a packed house with loads of brilliant feedback and ideas flying around! HSCP, Your Voice and the Inverclyde Carers Centre worked together to plan and facilitate the event, with 6 focus groups of carers and staff all brainstorming about the 4 main themes which came out of the 2023 Carers Survey.
