With our new Recovery Development Co-Ordinator Dean Ferrie, comes a new Recovery Group Timetable! We have moved some things around and included our new Recovery Café at Hope Community Church! The Hub is closed on Mondays for the time being but watch this space!

Our Refugee event last Friday at Lyle Gateway was a resounding success! Thank you to everyone who got involved, Lyle Kirk for hosting us and our New Scots Co-Ordinator Gaynor for organising it all!

Kicking off #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek with a fantastic wee Health Walk, hosted by The Inverclyde Bothy! We enjoyed the recent warm weather with a lovely walk up to Cowdenknowes Reservoir from Your Voice in Clyde Square. There was an excellent turnout and lots of good conversations going on.

Getting out and about, socialising and sharing about your day is a great way to boost your Mental Health and Wellbeing, why not come along? ❤️
